Modesto Cannabis Collective is centrally located near downtown Modesto, near the important landmarks of McHenry Mansion, Modesto Arch and Great Valley Museum. Our office is just a few short blocks away from the historic downtown neighborhood, which features many hundred-year-old buildings and extensive high-end retail establishments, restaurants and entertainment venues. If you haven’t visited downtown Modesto, you are truly missing out!
Modesto acts as the financial, cultural and political hub of the area as it is centrally located at the intersection of highways 99 and 132, south of Crows Landing Rd and just west of San Joaquin River National Wildlife Refuge. It is situated in the Stanislaus County wherein rich countryside envelops Modesto, and about 7 miles east of the cities of Empire and Waterford. Some amazing landmarks in the area include Graceada Park, Funworks Modesto, Jacob Myers Park and Virginia Corridor Trail.

Take I-580 East to CA-132 East in San Joaquin County. Take exit 76 from I-580 East for 45 minutes. Continue onto CA-132 East and your destination will be on the right.

Take exit 76 from I-580 East for 1 hour 5 minutes. Continue onto CA-132 East and your destination will be on the right.
